  16. Wonderful, so easy and so good. While it is rich, it does not seem sinful. I think that I may try it with fat free sweetened condensed milk. Will let you know how that turns out.

  17. Whenever I made badam burfi, it comes out very wet and sticky almost rubbery , or hard as brick if I put it in the heat any longer.
I want to make them the same texture as the ones sold in stores, which is powdery once you bite into it, and soft!
Am I supposed to add any sort of flour?
    What am I doing wrong?

  18. Thanks for the Comments.
Jillan: No flour is required. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens to the consistency, and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

  21. This recipe is so very good. The only thing I changed was I used 1/2 tsp of cardamon. If they were dipped in choclate it would taste like a bounty bar.
